Learn what data science looks like in the chemicals/materials industry from data professionals working at Dow Chemical, Solvay, and Air Liquide.

Panelists:

  • Mary Beth Seasholtz – PhD in Analytical Chemistry from University of Washington, currently Technology Director in Manufacturing Analytics at Dow Chemical.
  • Jean-Yves Delannoy – PhD in Physics from Ecole normale supérieure de Lyon, currently the Manager of the Statistical Modeling and ARtificial intelligence (SMART) Team at Solvay.
  • Ian Moskowitz – UPenn alumnus, PhD in Chemical Engineering from UPenn, currently a Data Scientist in Research and Development at Air Liquide.
